1. General Provisions
1.1. LLC "Hotel Management", INN 7709918636, OGRN 1127747242215, address 101000, Moscow, Chistoprudny Blvd, bld. 12, bldg. 1, FLOOR 3 OFFICE 3-10 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), offers the user of the Internet (hereinafter referred to as the "User") to use the website https://rodinahotels.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), on the terms set forth in this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). The Agreement enters into force from the moment the User expresses consent to its terms in the manner prescribed by clause 1.3. of the Agreement.
1.2. The use of the Site is governed by this Agreement, as well as the following documents, which are an integral part of this Agreement:
· Policy on the processing of personal data (https://rodinahotels.ru/),
· Loyalty Program Terms of Use (https://rodinatravelclub.ru/conditions),
The Agreement may be amended by the Company without any special notice; the new version of the Agreement enters into force from the moment it is posted on the Internet, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement. The current version of the Agreement is always available at https://rodinahotels.ru/.
1.3. By starting to use the Site and/or its individual functions, or by completing the registration procedure, the User is considered to have accepted the terms of the Agreement in full, without any reservations or exceptions. In case of disagreement of the User with any of the provisions of the Agreement, the User is not entitled to use the Site. If the Company has made any changes to the Agreement in the manner prescribed by clause 1.2 of the Agreement, which the User does not agree with, he must stop using the Site.
1.4. The Site provides the User with a free functional opportunity to access and/or search for information about hotels and other accommodation facilities (hereinafter referred to as the "Object") and the Company's offers for their booking and payment of accommodation.
1.5. All currently existing functions of the Site, as well as any development and/or addition of new ones, are subject to the Agreement.
1.6. By using the Site, the User gives consent to receive informational and advertising messages (provided that consent is obtained in a manner consistent with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, or provided that the User has not opted out of receiving advertising messages during registration, or later using the relevant functionality). The User has the right to refuse to receive advertising messages by using the relevant functionality of the Site or by following the instructions indicated in the received message.
1.7. In order to improve the quality of the Site, the Company and/or persons attracted by it to conduct surveys may collect Users' opinions and feedback on various issues by sending an informational message during the User's next visit to the Site or by contacting the contact details provided by the User in the account (by phone calls or emails). The collected opinions and feedback can be used to form statistical data that can be used on the Site. Feedback provided by the User during the survey may also be published by the Company on the Site, both with and without indicating the User's name (login). When leaving feedback, the User undertakes to be guided by the requirements of this Agreement, including the requirements established by clause 2 of this Agreement.
2. Site Usage Terms
2.1. The User independently bears responsibility to third parties for their actions related to the use of the Site, including if such actions lead to a violation of the rights and legitimate interests of third parties, as well as for compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation when using the Site.
2.2. When using the Site, the User is not allowed to:
2.2.1. upload, send, transmit, or otherwise post and/or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, offensive to morality, demonstrates (or promotes) violence and cruelty, infringes intellectual property rights, promotes hatred and/or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, social status, contains insults to any persons or organizations, contains elements (or promotes) pornography, child erotica, is an advertisement (or promotes) sexual services (including under the guise of other services), explains the procedure for manufacturing, using, or otherwise using narcotic substances or their analogues, explosives, or other weapons;
2.2.2. violate the rights of third parties, including minors, and/or cause them harm in any form;
2.2.3. impersonate another person or organization representative and/or community without sufficient rights to do so, including Company employees, the Site owner, as well as use any other forms and methods of illegal representation of other persons on the network, and mislead users or the Company regarding the properties and characteristics of any subjects or objects;
2.2.4. upload, send, transmit, or otherwise post and/or distribute content (information) without having the rights to such actions in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation or any contractual relations;
2.2.5. upload, send, transmit, or otherwise post and/or distribute unsolicited advertising information, spam (including search spam), lists of other people's email addresses,
